Gentle Touch

A gentle touch energy therapy, known as Jin Shin Jyutsu, helps to release energetic locations stuck in the body. These energetic locations become stagnant from physical or emotional trauma. When we experience this stress, our breathing changes which creates a disruption in the normal energetic flow of our bodies. Thus creating disharmonies such as aches, pain, fatigue and anxiety to name a few.
